Application ：1. Adhesives for metal, especially for aluminum 2. Varnish or primer for metallic sheet, coatings for metallic cans 3. Inks 4. Spray paint for plastic made cabinet or box, metal anti-corrosion coatings (Marine paint). 5 . ZDE15/ 45M can be mixed with DMCH to improve glossy of paint or ink, and act as viscosity adjustment agent. |
Property:
Same as most of vinyl chloride copolymer, it has tough wear resistance, good water resistance, and low gas permeability. It has good chemical stability at room temperature, not impacted by acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, oil, ester etc.
Because it contains carboxyl group, DMCH has superior bonding property to metal.

Compatibility:
Compatible with PVC resin, epoxy resin, alkyd and phenolic resin and acrylic resin, polyester, etc; good chemical stability, not impacted by acid, alkali, salt, oil etc. at room temperature.

Storage:
Store in dry places (less than 25 ℃ ), the shelf life if stored in the above conditions will be at least 12 months from the date of delivery. If resin storage time has exceeded the above recommended warehouse storage time, the out-dated resin may still can be used, but the user must carefully check the finished product quality and its related properties.
Packing:
Packed in polypropylene woven bag with polypropylene plastic inner bag. Weight: 25 kg/bag.
